Re-reading your question, you were actually looking for the specific part of the Super joystick that you flip to change it from 4-way to 8-way. I don't know the part number, but it's this part here. If the wider end is facing up it's in 8-way mode (being wider, it'll hit two switches at ones and give you your diagonals), and if the narrower end is up it's in 4-way.
