PC to Arcade Monitor questions....

Hello all again,

I was going to use a TV with my cab but I found a distributor here in canada that has a Sega arcade machine with 25" monitor, Jamma board, coin slots, controls, etc, for $150cdn. Everything works except there is no game and the box is in need of minor repair (the one side has a dent where someone allegedly kicked it).

Sooooo...my questions are:

1) How would I get this to interface with my PC? I know there are sites for info on it but I am not very good with wiring/soldering/electronics (doing my k/b hack was very difficult for me...shaky hands and all). Is someone with my lack of experience cabable of doing this?

2) If I go this route and just want to try it, can I not kill myself with the voltage that is left in the monitors capacitors?

3) Can i get windows to work with the monitor?

4) Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Shane
