I've gotten the Microsoft Network client for DOS to work with TCP/IP at 2 of my clients offices in order to connect to a NT Service and a Citrix MetaFrame server in straight DOS. It takes some doing but can be done. If anyone needs to do Peer-to-Peer network between any mix of DOS/Win3.1/Win9x then try the Invisible Network. It uses a proprietary TRANSBIOS protocol and NETBIOS can ride on top of it. It is real easy to use and it is now freeware since the company closed a few years back. I used to use it for peer networks many years ago with great success.
