I downloaded this software with the intent to try it in the future. I have many other things to do first. First one would be to get my Capcom cabinet, it's still on a truck somewhere. It should be here by Monday or Tuesday, I can't wait!
Sorry, I digress. I was browsing through the installation manual and saw that SHARE.EXE is needed. I don't have SHARE.EXE on my win98 based PC. When I set up my MAME machine in the cabinet, I want to use straight DOS. I thought I would you win98 DOS so I could have FAT32 and large hard drive support. I don't suppose the Invisible software will work w/o SHARE.EXE?

:If anyone needs to do Peer-to-Peer network between any mix of DOS/Win3.1/Win9x then try the Invisible Network. It uses a proprietary TRANSBIOS protocol and NETBIOS can ride on top of it. It is real easy to use and it is now freeware since the company closed a few years back. I used to use it for peer networks many years ago with great success.
