Okay I'll hope to clear few things up.
Sis530 is not tested as far as I know in VsyncMAME, it is a different chipset as the SiS6326.
Its in the driver though, so I am 99% sure it works!
So you won't need to buy another videocard.
Personally I'd go for an Intel based machine as opposed to AMD type, Intel are much quicker in DOS, and I don't care what anyone says, you run MK on an AMD of the same speed as a P2 or P3 and you're know what I mean!
