Well sounds like you are hard core into having people pay. :)
I guess you could hook up a toggle in the coin door and that would work. It just completes the circut to the coin button when it is on. Another thought is you could set up a sort of "coin macro" that when you hit a button it would insert like 20 coins....you could hide this in the coin door or whatever.
