That works, but then I lose the ability to move around the ArcadeOS menu or move around in windows if necessary.
Hagstrom has responded to my problem with some things to try. Their response what the same thing I was thinking: A lot of people use this controller with no problems so something must be wrong. They gave me a few things to try and see if it helps narrow down the exact problem.
It could just be a bad controller
