Owning a copy of one of the "Atari Arcade Hits" colection also qualifies, if it uses the original programs, but not the C64 version.
Now, theoretically, owning one of the Atari Arcade Hits collections, if that qualifies as ownership of the license, the same as owning a cab, does that mean you can place an Atari Arcade Hits Arcade machine where ever you want, each with a purchased AAH#1 CD ($19.95 retail)? Think about it, 6 titles including PONG! for $19.95 plus the cost of a MAME-like machine. Legal?
