I tried connecting my psx up to my ArcadePC (Wells-Gardner U3100 arcade monitor) using a JAM!! NTSC-to-VGA converter box and the gun doesn't work. In fact, I tried my 3DO and Saturn also with the same results. The game displays fine on the monitor, but the gun isn't accurate enough to play. Until someone finds a device that works, the best PSX gun experience I can recommend is to use the Act Labs GS Gun System with Bleem! Although you don't get native support, the legacy mouse driver works fairly decent with Bleem! Now if Connectix added native gun support to VGS, I'd be very happy.
