This is for the people with an actual arcade monitor or tv in their cab. What I suggest is to just put a playstation inside your cab hooked to light guns. If you are using a tv then your solution is simple. If using an arcade monitor than there is a way to hook a psx up to this as well. Doing it this way seems like the only reasonable way of doing it. You'll get several great arcade gun games:
Area 51
Time Crisis
Point Blank 1 and 2
Lethal Enforcers 1 and 2
Plus, while you're at it, you could wire your controls to psx gamepads and play all of your psx games on the cab (Tekken 3 anyone?).
