Hey Kelewan,
I don't have the $$$ to plunk down on photoshop, but I was able to do all of the graphical manipulation you see on the Arcade Paradise marquee using JASC's Paint Shop Pro. Download the trail and give it a spin! Oh, and paste your captured screencaps as "transparent" objects. Hope this helps ya!
