Oh sh**, despite all this good information I'm just confused as all get out.
Thanks, but I am not doing a jamma project. I started with a working jamma machine, before I self toasted it. Oh man, this is so frustrating!
I just started seeing if my 17" monitor would fit tonight. Arrgh!
Okay, first of all Lindz, maybe I was too quick about the test button. I have an electrohome G07 monitor, and I don't see any test buttons anywhere, and I've looked a couple of times. Nothin'.
I think my monitor might need a negative synch signal? Could this be it? If so what do I do?
Has anyone hooked up an Electrohome before?
I guess tomorrow night I'll re-do the cable and verify for the umpteenth time. Oh well, I can always use a vga mon.
Is there any danger in rotating a vga monitor?
Sigh--

: Noticed your using pc2jamma, so I guess your connecting to a fingerboard, if so all I do is connect r,g,b - ground r,g,b grounds to video ground on the finger board and connect video ground on the finger board to any far edge ground on the finger board, tie hsync&vsync together and connect to video sync on the finger board.
: That works for me.
: good luck
