My concern about ARCADE 2000

: Oh boy... this does not look good. : According to the thread below, Ken Lautner is also having troubles getting a straight answer from Arcade 2000 on the whereabouts of his order. Ken's comments are quoted at the end of this message. : I have been getting the runaround for the past month or so also. The company I work for has ordered two cabinets from Arcade 2000. Whenever I email about the status of our order, I always get a one line reply basically pushing me off a week or two. One of his excuses is that the guy who makes the control panel had cut his hand. It sounds like nothing but excuses from Arcade 2000. : Hey Arcade 2000, please level with us, will we ever receive our orders? : Please tell me now and up front so I know to move on to another supplier if I need to. I refuse to be strung along. After 7 1/2 months I have neither the cabinet I ordered, nor a refund. : : The last email I received basically indicated that he would get to his stack of action items when he gets around to it. I wonder how many more months it will take for Jeff to get around to it?
