: Oh boy... this does not look good.
: According to the thread below, Ken Lautner is also having troubles getting a straight answer from Arcade 2000 on the whereabouts of his order. Ken's comments are quoted at the end of this message.
: I have been getting the runaround for the past month or so also. The company I work for has ordered two cabinets from Arcade 2000. Whenever I email about the status of our order, I always get a one line reply basically pushing me off a week or two. One of his excuses is that the guy who makes the control panel had cut his hand. It sounds like nothing but excuses from Arcade 2000.
: Hey Arcade 2000, please level with us, will we ever receive our orders?
: Please tell me now and up front so I know to move on to another supplier if I need to. I refuse to be strung along. PLEASE DO ME THE FAVOR OF BEING HONEST.
: Your openness is appreciated.

: This is Ken Lautner's quote about Arcade 2000:
: : As long as we are on the subject of cabinets......
: : I pre-paid for a cabinet from Arcade2000 at the begining of September, 1999. Since that time I have exchanged many messages with Jeff that describe his situation, some of them include;
: : delay in delivery date
: : another delay in delivery date
: : stolen inventory
: : attempted hostile takeover of Arcade2000
: : another delay in delivery date
: : court date
: : delay in court date
: : promises of refund
: : promises of a refund with a cabinet to follow
: : difficulty with bank
: : "real life", work
: : "real life", child
: : delay in clearing the bank check
: : "real life", work
: : I am not a satisfied customer. After 7 1/2 months I have neither the cabinet I ordered, nor a refund.
: : The last email I received basically indicated that he would get to his stack of action items when he gets around to it. I wonder how many more months it will take for Jeff to get around to it?
Sounds not good. I thought these guys were serious. I understand your frustration, and I'm feelin with you. If the guy won't pay or deliver, make his life miserable. Nuke his www twice a day, and organize a heavy mail spam. Continiue with this until something happend.
