I've looked at these. I don't know that you can connect it directly to the KE72. Since it uses a 5 Volt supply, the L, R, U, D leads probably put out +5 when triggered, and are grounded when not.
(FYI: Happs tech suppport is wonderful. Call and ask for Les and tell him what you are doing. If it can be done, he will be able to help.)
If you connected them to relays it will work, but then you'll have the clicking sounds which would be annoying - not to mention more stuff to wire.
