Not really an arcade controller, but just thought it was interesting.
It's a hand-held trackball with the ball under the thumb and a trigger button.
There's a ps/2 version also.

This is what console videogame mice should have looked like. I didn't like using the mouse with Crystal Castles on the Playstation-I had to hunch over a table, or drag a desk to the TV. It seemed like I was working!
