It is a vertical monitor that's not setup
to rotate. I am wondering about a "reset" button
or something? Inside the coin area is a panel w/ 3 buttons: volume, test, and one other that I don't remember. Well, none of them work. It just seems that it needs to be reset or something, because I seem to have the elements required for it to go. . it just doesn't show a picture.
