I was just going to suggest looking at the fuse on the monitor pcb, but if you've got power up there I don't think it will be that.
have you tried another game board (just cos you can hear the sound of the game it does not mean the video side is working.
another suggestion, if the cab has a rotatable monitor check the wiring carfully for wear/damage caused by the rotation.
