I used a TV, and have helped 2 other people that did the same. Have a look at my site and post here or email me if you have any questions.
I should be getting a new batch of pictures taken this evening that several people had requested a while back. Probobly have them posted over the weekend. I've changed video cards since the last batch anyway. And I'll be helping Genom mount his TV into the cab tomorrow, so hopefully he'll post his on a webpage soon too.
