Will second the recommendation for the Xpert@Play 98. Just got one from Buy.com for $54 shipped. Been playing it on the TV for 2 days straight with zero problems.

: I just thought I'd add in here that if you are going to go the television route, I can say the TV-out capabilites on my ATI Xpert@Play card are very good. Be aware, though, that most resolutions only function in Windows, but I run most of my emu's in a DOS box within windows so it's no big deal.
