I've successfully hacked DC Madcatz pads.
I am also working on hacking some Naki turbo pads for the 3do. These pads should be a breeze. It'll take a couple of minutes to do, once I complete the painful process of creating the 25 pin adapters I use in my home built controllers.
I also looked at hacking a Pelican dual shock pad for the PS/PS2. I haven't started this hack, but it should be an easy one when I get around to it.
