ne1 in UK using a NTSC-capable TV-out card? (more)

Well, I got myself an ATI Rage Fury VIVO but it will only output a PAL signal. Apparently, I wont be able to get it to output an NTSC signal coz the frequency crystal on the card is for PAL only. So, ne1 in the UK know of a card that can do 60Hz NTSC?
