Done a bit of invetigating on the Matrox cards. Seems that there newer cards (G450-based) do both PAl and NTSC but not in DOS :( However, there older G400 cards seem to do both NTSC/PAL and work in DOS mode! :) Prolly go for this card... or get a WG U3100 monitor and avoid TVs all togther. Arrrrgggg! Im going mad trying to decide which is the best option.
Anyways, thanks for the tip on the Matrox cards! :)
