What's the feel of your spinner as compared to an arcade spinner? I've put together a spinner assembly from a hard drive, but am not too happy with how it spins, and adding a flywheel seemes nearly impossible. Is the movement rather stiff, or relatively free? Does it look like a flywheel could be easily added?
