It feels more like a tempest spinner then an arkanoid spinner. I like it a lot. When you spin and let it go it will rotate a couple of times, not that many times but enough. I also like te rubber feel of the knob.
A flywheel is doable I think (why would you want to add one?) , but if you go that far you maybe could better just hack a mouse...
