The Happ monitor bezel is designed to fit the contour of the screen..by contour I mean the curve of the tube. Therfore it wouldn't really fit too well over the bezel of the original monitor. The diagonal length of the bezel is exactly 19". In my opinion, it would be easier to remove the case and use the bezel, that's what I did on my cabinet, but just be VERY VERY careful! The monitor section on my site shows how I did this.

: I have a 20" monitor with a roughly 19" viewable image area. would a happ monitor bezel fit over the bezel of the original monitor? is the diagonal length of the happ units exactly 19"? The bezel height on this monitor is about 1/2" tall. would it be easier to just take the casing off and put the happ bezel over it? has anyone done this before?
