Probably needs to be re-capped. I had a marble madness with a wavy picture (the wave in it would become less and less after the machine was on for awhile...but still be very noticable). $5 Cap kit from Bob Roberts fixed it.

: I just got a 9" monitor out of a bartop cabinet. I noticed that the picture is VERY wavey; I also noticed that the ground to the isolation transformer was not connected. Before I start playing around with anything, could that be the reason? Or are there any other reasons for a wavey pic.? I really want to use this cabinet / monitor so any help would be greatly appreciated.
