Actually I downloaded the mame32 software and all roms right off the internet to this pc.
: If you copied folders to the hard drive from cdrom all the files are read-only. You have to uncheck the "read-only" box for these files.
: Simply open the cfg folder and "select all" so all files are highlighted. Then right click on one of the files and select "properties"
: Uncheck the "read-only" box and hit apply.
: You may want to do this for all folders that you copied over.
