If you copied folders to the hard drive from cdrom all the files are read-only. You have to uncheck the "read-only" box for these files.
Simply open the cfg folder and "select all" so all files are highlighted. Then right click on one of the files and select "properties"
Uncheck the "read-only" box and hit apply.
You may want to do this for all folders that you copied over.
