A spinner will work for many of the driving games. I personally like Pole Position and Outrun.
I build/sell spinners and have a steering wheel interface that will allow my spinner to use the Happs wheel. It can be swapped back/forth as you wish.
I'm in the process of moving and everything is packed up, however I will be taking orders in mid/late May -- I should be unpacked by then.
: Hello all...I've just discovered MAME and am interested in building my own cabinet. A couple of my favorite arcade games were Super Sprint and Ivan Stewart's Off Road. What I'm wondering was...will a spinner work in the same manner as the steering wheels did in the arcade??...could you some how attach a steering wheel to a pre existing spinner control?? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
