You could just replace the spinner knob with a steering wheel, a the spinner and steering wheel will likely input to the x-axis of your mouse. A cool addition to the cab would be having the knob and wheel esily switched. If you odn't care about a spinner, you could just get a pc steering wheel off of ebay, and try to mount it on your panel.
