Download cwsdmpi from the link below and extract it into your mame dir.
Also, you might need to set your path to have the arcadeos dir in there by putting this in your autoexec.bat file:
path=c:\arcadeos;c:\whateverelsewasinyourpath
or you could just add this in your autoexec.bat:
cd\arcadeos
arcadeos
heh.. either way that should fix it.
