Help !! Need to boot to arcadeos in dos..

Just getting my system ready to put inside our MAME project cabinets and need to get arcadeos running on Bootup I got it to boot to DOS on bootup with msdos.sys booting it to dos using win98SE
But when I add the line c:\arcadeos\arcadeos to my autoexec.bat it says:
arcadeos license file needed HELP?????

also how to I get the cwsdmpi working?

Any help would greatly be appreciated..
