Ok, I suspected that. I was just hoping for some "magic bullet" to solve the problem.

For what it's worth, I tried the stick on a different computer (mine: Celeron 400 running Win98, other: P133 running Win95) and it did the same thing.

Also, I swapped the Player 1 and Player 2 controls in the .cfg file just to make sure it wasn't the controls themselves. P2 is still messed up using P1's controls, and P1 works fine using P2's controls.

I forgot to mention: playing using the keyboard itself has no problems (except that using the keyboard sucks, that's why I built the controls!).

I'll play around with the BIOS now. I already tried some changes with the keyboard clock and turning on/off the typematic settings but that didn't change anything. I'll try harder...
