Isolation transformers

Does anyone know how to wire these things. I have one that I'm putting in my new cocktail I just built, but there are some extra wires (door shutoff, toggle switch, etc) and I just wanted to wire the monitor directly to it. There are numbers on each side but I'm not sure what they mean. Any help would be appreciated!
