Hi,

I have bought a old Sente Trackball and the bearings were rusted...

Someone suggested me to let the bearing rest fro few hours in a bath of Liquid Wrench...

An it worked very well for me!

Good Luck!

: : Well, first off, I am a year behind in making my cabinet. Just started again and this is the first time I have been back on this site. Nice to see that it is still as active as ever.

: : Since this is the first time I had a chance to continue my cabinet, this is the first time I mounted my trackball. The trackball works great out of the CP. As soon as I place the face plate and carriage bolts in place and tighten the nuts, the ball becomes wedged. The X Axis works a little with some resistance, the Y Axis is wedged. I paid a lot of money for this lighted trackball and would like it to function correctly. Its my fault that I didn't touch it in a year so I can't gripe if they won't replace it.

: : Please, if anyone has any advice. Maybe I am mounting it wrong.

: : Thanks in advance.

: Don't tighten the nuts all the way. Tighten them just until your trackball spins smoothly and doesn't "rattle" around.
