I have been talking to Hagstrom Electronics about developing a new keyboard encoder designed especially for us in the gaming world. It will be similar to the KE24 but more advanced. For starters it will have at least 40 discreet inputs...that means at least 40 controls (alot) before you have to worry about going into matrix mode. PS/2 keyboard connections standard instead of the old style 5 pin DIN. Possible trackball interface. If anyone has any other ideas on what would be helpful for this thing please post your ideas here or send me an email and I will get the info to Hagstrom.
