Simple ArcadeOS Question?

I am using merged rom sets. I only want to see originals. If I tell ArcadeOS that I don't have merged sets, then I only see the originals. The only problems is that there are a few games (Double Dragon, for example) that only the clone is working. Is there a way I can set up a list of games, then move certain games in or out of that list?
