happs 19" svga VS wells gardner U3100

I was finally close to buying an arcade monitor when a few more questions were raised. The happs salesman says that the happs 19" and WG U3100 monitors are virtually the same. Is this true? I ask because there seems to be a noticeable difference in price. Also, which games will not work with these monitors? Or do they all work flawlessly?
