while I havent tested this yet, Im thinking it should work.
Its loaded before windows loads. Im reminded of my old compaq cdtv cpu that had a video driver that would load and override what windows tried to do. (i.e. always stick with one resolution).
I'm going to give this a try either tonight or tommorow, so post what I find out.
