As I posted previously, I programed an Atmel AT90S1200A microcontroller to do this. I have been too busy lately with the ROM problems, as are a lot of people, so I did not get much work done on the web page.

Anyways, the photos and shematic should be up shortly, along with some other neat stuff.

But for now, I have posted a description and the source code on my web page.

The actual page in question is:

This works great. Playing QIX is no longer chaotic. The line draws just the way I want. The turbo fire and Metal Slug is allowing feeling to return to my fingers.

Again, more to come on this, but I thought anyone who is capable of burning a microcontroller might like a head start. Technically this code could be modified into mame, but I can't even get MAME or MAME32 to compile.

PLEASE DO NOT ask me how to burn/program microcontrollers. I will post info on my page as I get time.

ALSO, this code is copyright by Derrick Renaud, so you can not charge anyone for burning this code.
