I read this on www.emuviews.com as a reply to a hotrod
story.

I don't care about the hotrod part, it is the elimination
of all but the firewire and usb ports that concerns me.
It looks like we will all need usb keyboard hacks
or happ's usb interface if we ever get new machines for
our projects. Why are they trying to turn our pc's into
(as Q*bert would say) #@!%ing iMacs? It seems everyone
is quite happy with their keyboard encoders and powerramps.
Anyone have anything to say on this subject?
