Arcade@Home still has a site available.
They are buried under a ton of annoying auto-pop-up ad banners, but thats how they pay for their bandwidth.
JoseQ has roms, currently only up to .37b11, but Jose have never been fast about updating his site.
Then there is always Carracho, Hotline, Gnutella, and UCENET (bleah).
Of course, some snazzy programmer might take it upon himself to make a ROM trading program equiv to Napster. :)
