: i could print it on the plexiglass and not worry about measuring an 8th of an inch off and having to recut, because it eould be printed just perfect, has anyone done this. i think it would work because people print pictures on the plexiglass that covers the arcade monitors. thanks for the help

If you have a good printer, Use Transparency paper (clear sheet plastic that is genrally used in overhead projectors). Make sure to get the correct kind - because some types are not compatible. You can find packs of this film at any big PC store.

Since the sheets are only so big, you will have to do it in sections.

The only other thing you could do is to take the digital image to a professional print shop...
