Majorly newbie DOS MAME question (hey! its been a LONG time since I did DOS)

Amazingly, alot has come back to me.
I managed to get AdvanceMENU and AdvanceMAME up and running last night, with only one small problem.

Due to DOS partition size limitations, my ROMS are in more than one directory (ex: arcade roms on D:\ROMS and NEOGEO on E:\NEOGEO). How do I indicate this in my mame.cfg ROMSPATH ?
