Check the other threads on the WG 9200D monitor. I believe its the best of both worlds. Does SVGA resolution, and can still sync down to 15kHz for your older systems (using RGB cables). My only quam with it is that its only 25" or 27". I wanted something bigger...so I bought the Gateway Destination 36" and use an xrgb-2 to up sync older systems (like the PS2 ;-).
