Open the mame.cfg file that is at the root level of your mame directory.
Under the heading "EMUPLUS" there should be a setting such as:
guihost=No
change this to:
guihost=yes
Save the file and you're done. The warning message and game stats message that used to show up should be gone forever. This is a new feature of 36b6, and should set it up so that when you select a game from A@H or from the dos prompt, the game should fire up immediately.
Simple, huh?
