If the auction is listed as shipping only to US, usually all you have to do is email them and ask if they'll ship international with of course you paying the shipping, and they'll usually say Yes. I think mostly the reason a lot of auction say US only is because if I recall, from selling a few things myself (from Canada), the default is US only, so if they're just quickly setting up the auction they might not even notice that. I used to think it meant for some reason, they only wanted to ship within the US and I could never figure out why until I started emailing sellings and finding out they had no problem going to Canada.
