Afraid not. You need a lot more processor for some of the games like MK2. At least an 800mhz or faster. Since RAM is so cheap, I'd probably go with at least 256k.
As for video, that is an older card. Maybe an AGP card would be a better choice.

: PIII 500, 128 mb of ram
: ATI Rage II 8mb video card
: I assume the machine is sufficient, but perhaps need a video card upgrade.. any recommendations? Price is not really an issue.
