I have had the same problem with a Happ Controls trackball and their serial interface. My computer does not want to recognise the trackball. Serial Ports are enabled in the Bios but still no luck. I know the interface is good because it works fine on other computers just not the one I have set aside for my cabinet. I too would look forward to any further suggestions.
